VLSI Test Services is an Applications Test engineering sub-contractor. We provide additional manpower to semiconductor manufacturers and ATE test floors. Our engineering team is located in the Eastern Southern Hemisphere, which enables us to utilize US based systems during off peak hours resulting in substantial savings towards projects costs. In addition, we can provide product and manufacturing support services at major manufacturing centers throughout Southeast Asia.  

FULL PROJECT TURN-KEY EXPERIENCE

Our experience is derived directly from a vareity of roles at large semi-conductor manufacturing companies. We have been successful in focused roles as Product, Test, and Quality engineers as well as positions where these roles were combined.  In addition, we have built manufacturing lines to volumes over 400 units/month.

We have also worked directly for startups in the Bay Area and in Asia. This requires broad based knowledge of the semiconductor manufacturing industry. Specifically, device characterization, qualification and manufacturing. Further, we have successfully transitioned with multiple startups into larger entities which required detailed process audits and documentation.  

Finally, we have successfully provided complete test and manufacturing turn-key solutions for both mass market and OEM semi conductor devices.  We have created test plans specifically tailored to both types of devices as well as defect and yield tracking solutions specific to customer requirements.
